Placing Orders
All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Haydenshapes Pty Ltd.
While we aim to ensure pricing, product information, and availability are accurate, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or amend orders where necessary. If this occurs, you will be notified and given the option to proceed or cancel your order.
Stock availability displayed on our website is indicative only and not guaranteed until your order has been confirmed and processed.
Requests to cancel or amend an order must be made as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
If an order has already been dispatched, shipping and return costs may apply.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary.
Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order products (including HS Studio surfboards) are designed and built specifically to each customer’s specifications and require full payment upfront.
As these products are made uniquely for you and are not part of our standard inventory, they cannot be resold through our website.
Once a custom order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Please choose carefully when placing your order, as custom products are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Claim
All surfboards sold by Haydenshapes are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required for any claim.
If you believe your product has a fault, please contact our team with details and supporting images so we can assess the issue.
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product is not of acceptable quality but does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, improper handling, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
If a returned item is assessed and found not to have a manufacturing fault, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and associated costs.
