What are your delivery timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the type of product ordered.

HS Studio Custom Surfboards

Built to order and handcrafted to your specifications. Estimated production time is 16-20 weeks.

Wetsuits & Clothing

Australia: Dispatched within 24–48 hours

International: 2–7 business days (from dispatch)

Can you ship to a PO Box?

Surfboards cannot be shipped to PO Boxes due to their size.

For all other items, PO Box delivery may be available depending on the shipping carrier. If using a third-party address, we may need to verify the details before dispatch.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.

If a delivery is missed, any re-delivery or additional shipping fees will be the

Can I return my order?

Custom, made-to-order, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

We accept returns on selected full-priced items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. A processing fee may apply.

How do I make a return?

To create a return, ensure your item meets our return requirements, complete the returns form, and send the item back to your nearest Haydenshapes returns address.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery via email.

Please retain all original packaging, as this may be required for inspection.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once placed.

For stock orders, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All Haydenshapes products are covered by a limited warranty. For full details on coverage and claims, please refer to our Warranty section.

How do I choose the right surfboard size?

Our team is here to help you find the right board based on your skill level, height, weight, and the type of waves you’re riding.

If you’re unsure, feel free to get in touch for a personalised recommendation.

What’s the difference between stock and custom boards?

Stock boards are pre-built and ready to ship, making them the fastest option to get in the water.

Custom boards (HS Studio) are built to order and allow you to choose specific dimensions, construction, and artwork tailored to your preferences. Please note that custom orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned once placed.

Can I request custom surfboard artwork?

Yes — custom artwork is available through our HS Studio service.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We move pretty quickly once orders are placed, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible.

If you need to make a change, please get in touch with us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make any further changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and a range of international payment options at checkout.

Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?

For international orders, any duties or taxes applied at import are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I use a discount code on sale items?

Discount codes typically can’t be used on sale items or combined with other promotions.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

There could be a few reasons — the code may have expired, may not apply to certain products, or might require a minimum spend.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes — all Haydenshapes products are covered by a limited warranty.

Surfboards and hardware are covered against manufacturing defects, while wetsuits include a 1-year warranty on materials and workmanship under normal use.

If you think there may be an issue with your product, please get in touch with our team and send through a few photos along with some details. We’ll take a look and help determine the best next step.

If a claim is approved, we’ll repair or replace the item at our discretion.

What is not covered under warranty?

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by impact, misuse, improper handling, or storage (including heat exposure), or general wear and tear over time.

Damage resulting from external factors or incorrect use is not considered a manufacturing fault.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Simply reach out to our team with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product (including full board images where applicable).

From there, we’ll guide you through the next steps and get things sorted as quickly as possible.
